We take pleasure in processing orders promptly; the majority of them leave our facilities in less than 24 hours. Orders may take up to 72 hours during periods of high demand. We will use our dependable delivery network to send your packages quickly, even any deliveries containing vapes.
Depending on your region and the local service provider, the shipping method and estimated delivery times will be shown to you at the time of purchase. Once it has finished processing at our facilities, a tracking email will be instantly delivered.
Weekends and holidays are not included in any of the transit times, which are all expected delivery times.
Consider placing a larger order to maximize discounts and lower shipping expenses.

Adult Signature Service Requirement
All vape mail orders will need to employ Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for parcels containing e-cigarette-related products in compliance with federal jurisdiction and laws. The recipient of this product must provide the delivery person with valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age before accepting it.
The additional $7 fee for the Adult Signature service will be displayed throughout the checkout process. We may dispatch your vape accessories to a business location if that would be more convenient for you.
Timelines for Shipping and Handling
All orders may require up to 72 business hours to process before being dispatched. A tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer following the processing time to confirm the product is nearing fulfillment. Depending on your location, the shipping method and the anticipated delivery times will be shown to you at checkout.
Transit times as estimated
Eastern US: transit time is between one and three business days*
Transit time for the western half of the US is 4–14 business days.
On Monday through Friday, we process orders from 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM EST. Orders are not processed by shipping companies on weekends or US Federal Holidays.

Reshipping services are provided solely at the discretion of Podlix.
Podlix retains the right to withdraw a $14 restocking fee from the order refund if a product is returned to sender because the carrier was unable to get an adult signature and identification. Podlix further retains the right to dispatch a replacement order only after the original one has been received, processed, and returned to us; we are not required to send them again at our expense.

Statutes of the State
Orders that include prohibited items will be withdrawn from the order, possibly with the potential of an order-wide cancellation and reimbursement, while the processing of the remaining parts of the package will proceed regularly.
The following places are no longer allowed to sell any vape products:
- New Hampshire
- North Carolina
- South Dakota
Note: Due to a recently implemented local rule, we are unable to mail any disposable vapes to customers who are situated in the State of Maryland. Due to state regulations, the use of coupons is not permitted in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
Undeliverable & Lost Packages:
Packages that are lost or not delivered are not the responsibility of Podlix; any problems resulting from undelivered packages must be handled by the client with the relevant third-party carrier. Any incorrect shipping concerns must be notified within 48 hours of the most recent update to the tracking information because Podlix works hard to maintain and resolve such matters.
Packages sent to third-party shipping providers and marked as Delivered are not the responsibility of Podlix. The customer is responsible for resolving any difficulties with such shipments that have been marked delivered with the third-party delivery company.
Please take note that incorrect and incomplete address inputs made by the user may result in returns, delays, and other problems that may affect the timely delivery of your item. Podlix disclaims any liability for any expenses incurred as a result of user-submitted incorrect and inaccurate address submissions.
