Adult Signature Service Requirement

Podlix requires Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) for all vape mail orders, adhering to federal regulations. This means the recipient must present a valid photo ID at delivery. There's an additional $7 fee for this service, shown at checkout. For convenience, vape accessories can be shipped to a business address if preferred. Timelines for Shipping and Handling

At Podlix, order processing can take up to 72 business hours before dispatch. Customers receive a tracking email once processing is complete, indicating the shipment is underway. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times, based on the customer's location, are provided at checkout.

Transit times as estimated

Podlix estimates that for orders within the Eastern US, transit times range from 1 to 3 business days. In the Western US, delivery may take 4 to 14 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and US Federal Holidays.

In cases where an order is returned to Podlix due to undeliverable addresses or failed adult signature confirmation, Podlix may exercise discretion regarding reshipping. Refunds, if issued, are less shipping costs. A restocking fee of $14 may apply for returns due to failed adult signature verification. Replacement orders may only be sent after the original has been received and processed by Podlix.

State-Specific Vape Sales Regulations

Podlix complies with state-specific regulations on vape product sales. Orders containing items prohibited by certain states will be modified or potentially canceled with a refund. Sales of vape products are restricted in Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont. Disposable vapes cannot be shipped to Maryland due to local regulations. Additionally, coupon usage is restricted in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

Podlix's policy for undeliverable and lost packages states that they are not responsible for packages lost or not delivered. The customer should address issues with undelivered packages directly with the third-party carrier. Podlix requires notification within 48 hours for any incorrect shipping concerns. Additionally, for packages sent to third-party shipping providers and marked as Delivered, Podlix is not responsible. Any problems with these shipments are the customer's responsibility to resolve with the delivery company. Podlix is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the user.
